We loved the central location, making it easy for us to explore the city. the rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, providing us with a comfortable stay. the staff, especially Luis, was exceptional. He went out of his way to assist us during the busy eclipse period, ensuring our other hotel reservations in San Juan were taken care of. The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city. It makes it easy to explore the main square and the shopping streets. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. One particular instance was when our day tour got cancelled, they quickly helped us rebook another tour that started just a few minutes later. It saved our day and made our stay fantastic.
The breakfast offered at the hotel could be better. It was quite basic and could use some improvement.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Alexander in Mendoza City Centre are just perfect for a hot summer day like today! The rooms have a flat-screen TV, comfy beds, and a private bathroom. It felt like a cozy retreat after exploring the city.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in the triple room a bit chilly, but I understand that some people may actually enjoy the coolness.
